Most stupid balance deduction by Airtel

So this is supposed to be the most weirdest balance cut by Airtel.

I had sent the SMS

VISA US to 57333

This SMS is to know the US visa status of any individual who has applied their Visa with US embassy in India.

Immediately after sending the SMS i get a SMS from airtel (AD-54321) as follows

Thank you for download VISA from airtel. You have been charged Rs 10

So this is a question to those airtel jerks out there as to how i have downloaded the so called VISA thing on my phone by just sending this SMS which was for my personal use ??

I think is the most stupidest way of deducting balance.

They need to pay man to actors .. new ads and promotion.. i can bet u .. when kareena became brand ambassador for airtel. it lost its reputation..

airtel lost its reputation when it hired kareena kapoor as their brand ambassador? seriously?
