I have opted for ULF 1400 plan.
My router is WA3002G4

I have the following bandwidth:
Download - 441 KB/s - 3613 kbps
Upload - 56 KB/s - 459 kbps

As you might have noticed, the upload bandwidth is less. What should I do to increase it?

Come on guys. Please tell me what settings should be changed?

May be they have not removed the cap. The maximum you can get is 768 Kbps. Please check with your local exchange.

Well...I changed from UL1350 Plus (always 512kbps) to this one because they hadn't upgraded my connection to ULF 1350 (2Mbps for first 20GB) one. So I thought of shifting to ULF1400 and back to ULF 1350 as the BSNL computer operator for plan changing stuff showed me that I was already on ULF 1350 (and not Unlimited 1350 +) and couldn't select that one to change to.Anyway....When the plan did get changed last month, within 3 days of applying, the Link rate downstream was around 2Mbps ( didn't check the upstream though). I called the BSNL office and they told me to wait till new month(December) and it would get sped up. And it actually did change to around 4Mbps from December 1 (as can be seen in the screenshot). This is why I'm suspecting some settings at my end might be the culprit for low upload Link rate.

Is that the upstream link rate or the actual real world bandwidth that you get?

Guys..........a little help here!??

Praj, Get in touch with your local exchange and tell them to increase the Upload Line rate to the maximum (768kbps). You might have to give them a written letter to solve this. For your info, I am on the ULD1350 plan at the moment and my upstream is also synced at the same same rate as yours. Since I don't care about upload, I just left it this way.But I contacted my exchange for the downstream rate and they increased it to 12mbps 😛

you cant change the settings from ur end it should be done by bsnl ppl call customer care and inform them!!!(if ur lucky ll will get the settings rite!!!)
