Looking for New MTNL Connection for Broadband useage.TRIBAND (Mumbai)

Hello Frnds,

I am here just to see if i can get an help from you guys and to gather some information about MTNL Broadband.

recently one of my frnd had taken MTNL Triband plan Rs/-495
@ 320 kbps pack, he told me that MTNL is giving fabulous plan and unlimited schemes. which i like it as currently i use local broadband connection which is the worst tilldate.

I dont have any MTNL connection in my resid. but i would like to have one coz when i called on 1500 they told me to take MTNL connection first then they will provide me with the broadband service. I have make online booking for my connection, but i dont see any sign of call or mesg from MNTL so far, do i have to visit the MNTL office for the same?:iomg:

also want to know how is the speed that you guys getting so far? any dissconnection issue or anyother issue?

I stay In bhayander ( Mumbai). can anyone help me to get MTNL connection at earliest.

Dude, first visit the MTNL office and apply for a landline. Once landline is in place, you can go ahead and apply for broadband.I've read pretty good reviews about MTNL.

MTNL is great, Just pay a visit to your exchange

Buddy, you will have to make a personal visit to your Local exchange to fill the application form for a landline connection (carry along proof of residence & identity) & you can apply for the broadband connection at the same time (this will help in getting the line faster) :thumb: Also check out Introduction for the tariffs

hey dear i too from bhayandar i can just say i was using sify from 4yrs but i changed to mtnl 749 plan which i get 90kb/s speed even there is no disconnection connections works 24hrs so i request you pls change as earliest as possible because that scheme of rs 495 is ending on 30th april you have to go to exchange for landline then you have to apply for triband

Thanks alot guys for your support, well i mailed the helpdesk of mtnl and they told me the same to visit the nearest MTNL xchange office. will do the same and get back 2 u guys !!

I just got a new triband connection by filling an online form and I have never seen the insides of any MTNL exchange. Ideally they should contact you and get the form filled at your home and take the proofs to (atleast happened in my case). Overall affair took close to 20 days though.

speed will be nice like my plan 512 combo which is now double and i get speed at http 130-135 and 110-115 at torrents
