gmail does not allow a secondary ip. you can use . or + operator to create unlimited number of temporary accounts and then filter them out. but it is not the same as a totally different id that yahoo and microsoft let you make.
. operator... sushubh@gmail.com s.u.s.h.u.b.h@gmail.com are the same thing. sushubh+anything@gmail.com would also land in sushubh@gmail.com.
by the way i am not even sure how spam is even a problem if you are using gmail. i have never bothered to use a temporary email address because gmail handle spam so well. you can anyways create a filter to automatically delete mails from consistent spammers.
