Landline working but broadband is not :( PLEASE HELP

I can make call via landline and it is working properly but my internet is not working.My iball ADSL+2 router ADSL light never come .I know my router is fine cuz when I start the router ADSL light blinks but after that there is no connection.
This is my system log -

The ADSL light is actually working but it just blink and go off and this repeat forever 🙁.The internet light never blink .🙁
 
I re config it but still the same problem. :/ Is broadband line different from landline line? Please someone explain.

Line state : Down
Modulation :N/A
Annex mode : N/A

And the system log is same as before.
 

oh.. So I need to go to bsnl office to fix this problem.Do you have any estimation that how much time it will take to resolve this problem?
 
Lol they said that an engineer from Delhi will come to fix the circuit and jt will take 20 days WTF .They said that there is no problem in line since my landline is working.So by bsnl logic 20 days means 20 years .
 
For broadband no but I am confused that there are so many engineers in India so why it will take 20 days for an engineer to come and fix this problem?
