Can be of anything but Jio has a logo on the box (but its not necessary) but they write the box number on the box (atleast in my area)

So I think it belongs to Airtel.
 
few of them have numbers on them , only thing different about these and white boxes is the thickness of wire used , these have like 1/3 diameter of the wires used in white box. cost cutting tactics from Jio maybe.
 
probably airtel or Tata Sky(if it is available in your city). it also depends on wire. Like here in my city(Jaipur)airtel use thickest wire and its all black in color. tataskys wire has a blue line on it. and ACT has comparatively thin wire and a different distribution box.
it could be Jio. but here they use different box.
