Iphone contact transfer 5 to 10 with different icloud a/c

My doctor has iPhone and asking a way to transfer his contacts from 5 to 10, he has separate iCloud account, on both phones and doesn't want to transfer everything just contacts.

There is no manual export option in ios?

What about syncing with same Google account?
 
How to use Google account for both iPhone also, is there some app for iOS?

I personally haven't used iPhone so don't know much.
 
Can contacts.be exported from one iCloud account.to.another ?
