Internet not working and unable to login through my excitel portal.

Is anyone able to login to their my excited account?

My internet just got disconnected and my excited portal isn't working either , just throws up a bunch of errors.
Anyone else facing this same issue ?

samething happening with me too. although i can connect directly through my pc but still it takes 5-8 tries before it finally connects.
 
Yup back to normal.
 


excitel guy should be on duty now. remains to be seen how long before he attends to my complaint. tried connecting directly to pc. no success. router shows no light. so either their office has no power or the wire is cut somewhere. i can access my excitel just fine.
 
finally got an update from the local guy. seems like the problem is local and they are now working on it.
hopefully this is not an indication of degrading service from local lco.
earlier they tried to fix issues till 10pm. yesterday, they said no one available at 7pm. it was a sunday so there's that.
 
Can somebody please confirm whether this same problem is happening right now or not? I supposed to recharge today but I forgot and now net is down and my excitel portal is also not working so I dont know whether my net stopped working due to non payment or is it actually down for everyone else as well.
