Intermittent Disconnection

Been using ACT for a month now and the connection has got snapped 5 times by now. The weirdest part is the in our apartment, it happens only with my connection and that too mostly on weekends.

Also a correlation i could draw with the frequent disruption is that it happens when ever power goes and comes back. I took the pain to check the box they have installed our terrace and found out that green light (internet) towards my connection alone is not lit up.

They sent some service personnel and they claimed that the port is getting wrongly assigned. I couldnt make sense out of this. There was no data coming through when these outages happened ( basically, when i connect to my desktop, i couldnt see the green and orange light blinking)

Today however, the connection is not working but when connected directly to my desktop the red and green light is blinking but cannot open the login page.

Can anyone help me out in understanding what the issue could be? This is seriously frustrating.

I am on ACT Liberty plan(Account id 192512. Even I am facing the very same issues. My internet has gone down for the 5th time in last 2 months now(0002763272) and is still down since the past 24 hours. On raising a ticket, the usual response from them is as always " we'll fix in 24 business hours". If the issue has been recurring so regularly then one can't wait for 3 days as per their wishes. This is an unacceptable level of service from them and am sure that now I am going to get rid of these guys.

ACT is a thoroughly unprofessional organisation. Recommended to please avoid.
