Infinite waiting ar Reliance call center

Since last one week, i.e from 3rd May 2014 onwards am calling Reliance customer service number 1800 3000 7777 to register a complaint on broadband connectivity but was kept on hold waiting for customer care executive without any luck. I hold more than 20 minutes several times during this week but in vain. If this is how the quality of service, how can we rely on Reliance connection.
Are you also facing similar issue from Reliance call center?
 
If they are active on Twitter, contact them there. Usually works.
 
I am facing this problem for more than a month. I even waited for an hour. Now a days, i just chose to register the compliant under "Dead phone" which is one of the options in the IVR. it will ask for phone/subscriber number and mobile number. Once your complaint is registered, it provides complaint number. Also, when i checked with the local technician when he came home, seems customer care people are not turning up for work/fired/left job. Also he said that reliance is planning to close down the wired broadband business.
 
@saikar83 - I told you with reliance you are bound to fall into misery at some point 😛
