In bad weathers / adverse climate, which of the DTH service provider works perfect?

When moslty all of the DTH fail in bad weather.. which one do u think stands well and works good..?

First make it clear that Rain Outage problem in their in all the DTH all over the world. If any one says one don't have problem in Rain , then its not true all DTH suffer Rain Outage, But the good thing is that the connection/signal will automatically back .

Yesterday night it was raining heavily in delhi and weather was cloudy through out the day but I saw no disturbance or quality issues with picture or sound with my Airtel DTH connection. So my vote is for ...

I am using Airtel DTH, in chennai. Whenever the climate is cloudy, or rainy, then I dont see any picture, i get some error. or i get picture with lot of breaks...
will there be any help, if i call customer care and report this.One of my friends who is using Tata Sky said, there were no breaks even during heavy rains.
