Oops. The owner seems to have misspelled ITI as IIT!!
 

probably the fault of the painter. we all know how bad they are at spellings!
 
I won't be surprised if the owner is an IIT graduate ..Lot of IITian and IIMian try to get oversmart and do these kind of stuff ..
