According to the document, the Android 4.0 device will feature a 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, a 4.7-inch 720p Super LCD2 display, and 32GB of storage. The phone is also reported to have NFC capability — noted as being compatible with Google Wallet — along with MHL support, and a f/2.0 8-megapixel camera with a backside-illuminated sensor. The camera is said to be a special "dual shutter" model that will allow users to take video and photos simultaneously.

The "superphone" (Peter's words, not ours) is packing the entire deck of cards: a 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 CPU (for the global version; the LTE version uses Qualcomm's S4 Krait processor), 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 4.7 inches of 720p Super LCD 2 non-PenTile gorgeousness, Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0 on top, 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 lens and 1080p HD video, to name a few.

HTC One X announced at MWC 2012 -- Engadget

Dipping into design notes from The Nokia Lumia line, the One X is a unibody device machined from white polycarbonate that uses Gorilla Glass to protect its 4.7-inch 1280x720 non-pentile Super LCD 2 display.

Stunning outside appearances aside, HTC's newest features an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor for the Global edition and a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core for the LTE iteration. Memory specs on the box show 1GB DDR2 and 32GB of built-in storage -- 26GB of which is available to the user -- and an additional 25GB free for two years through Dropbox.

knowing htc and airtel, it would be priced obscenely and would include 2GB free transfer for 3 months 😀

Yes, the quad-core Tegra 3 was given the boot in favor of a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 and an LTE radio was crammed inside, but otherwise this is pretty much the same device we saw on the floor in Barcelona. The only piece of carrier branding is an AT&T logo above the gorgeous 4.7-inch 720p display.

Phone looks cool, any update about the prices and all?

should go on sale in the near future. i am waiting for pricing details too.

One X coming with 4G in India?Would have to wait till 4G details for India are out. Till then its not good idea to invest in 4G capable mobile like this or Lumia 900.

this phone of course have different variants for the different markets. i might be wrong but htc is planning to launch a dual core version in the US market of this phone. indian version might not have 4G at all.

Photos in no particular ordered. Reposted because I ended up posting the IMEI number 😱

Widgets:

here are all the widgets that came with the phone. a few of these would be from the apps i have installed on the phone. not many right now. so you should get an idea.

still getting used to the large size man. i definitely cannot handle it with one hand. that is going to be a nuisance. 😕

display is awesome. i can safely say lcd looks and feel better than amoled. definitely.

the size would take a while to get used to.

have to get a cover for it because it is indeed getting hot even during regular usage 😕

also have to get a screenguard because the display is well... too exposed. 😕

As expected. Dropbox updated to 25GB for next two years. 2 years is a shame.

Going to the market to get the SIM cut. It's too late to get airtel to deliver a micro-sim to my place.
