How much time dos it take MTNL to fix the line? *really frustrated*

So it's been 4 day and my internet is dead, the adsl line light is not showing, I've been complaining each day but they just don't care, nobody has shown up yet and i have no idea how much time is it going to take? this is terrible because my internet has been crap all month and they did not fix it and now it's dead.
anyone know a better idea to get my line fixed? please let me know

Common sense states that every single complaint would be dealt with in a different manner. No one can tell you when your complaint would be resolved. You have to keep pushing the babus at MTNL to get to work on it. 🙁

best way would be to go to your nearest exchange and meet the [color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:'Droid Sans', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;]GM officer or the concerned lineman .Calling on their helpline would reap no benefit ![/color]

It doesn't work like in MTNL mumbai. My low speed issue is pending since last 2 weeks. And when I called their call centre 5 days back to lodge complaint regarding line dead I was told that my earlier complaint is still open hence they can't register another complaint.

It's finally fixed 🙂 had to talk to the customer executive and got a urgent complaint submitted after I told him about the bad service, thanks everybody.
