Help Wanted Regarding Plan Change

I gave letter for plan change on 26 sep. They said plans change on 1 oct. but in dataone.in website, plan changed only on oct 3. does that mean I must wait till nov to have plan change or does plans change on 3rd of month also. but now user info shows only new plan

the plan has been changed . no need to wait till November . start using the new plan . 🙂
