Help needed - Publishing a website

Happy new year 2015!

I wanted a website published. I have no idea on how to proceed. it would be great if someone guide on this regard. For now, i am aware that i need to register a domain name and hosting server. The site will include

1) few static pages(contents will be changed once every year)
2) Blog articles( posted often)
3) Contact form
4) form to collect information
5) domain specific email

Get a domain from name.com.
Get shared hosting from namecheap.com. First year is insanely cheap. Dreamhost is kind of expensive in comparison but much more freedom.
Install WordPress.

That should be it. Ping me on Hangouts if you need direct help.

For email, I would seriously suggest Google Apps. It would cost around Rs. 1500 per year I believe. Though you can use the same shared hosting account as well.
