I recently shifted to Hathway broadband,
I saw that ping to the router is around 7-8ms which are high as my own Asus Router gives 1ms or >1ms ping via WiFi, is this common on Hathway router or my router is faulty?
They have given me ZTE router with inbuild fiber optics port, model no: ZTE ZXHN F602W
I never used this type of router, therefore I have no idea regarding it.. So it's normal or not? This will give me high ping/latency while using the internet I guess..But the same router gives >1ms or 1ms ping while connected with the ethernet port. Please advice.
