Hathway channels are suddenly blocked in my hathway settop box

MY hathway settop box model is hds200 and i havent faced any problem but suddenly yesterday all channels are blocked and it is showing this service is blocked 4 i have already submitted kyc form and recently i also activated hd pack 1 month ago and there is no problem with kyc what would be the problem and how can i solve this problem please help me

I guess the packages you have subscribed to have expired. Talk to your cable operator. You can also register on Hathway | India's Best Digital Cable Tv and Broadband Internet Services Provider and see the packages active on your account.

Thanks gopichand bro for the reply i have already registered in the hathway site before it used to shoe kyc drive but now its showing no active subscription how can it happen suddenly
