So like an hour before my pc started behaving weirdly followed up by fuzzy screen and then a bsod, and since then from every start it's working fine for like 5 minutes and then the screen gets split.

I guess its time to replace the graphics card?

What model number is it? Nvidia or ATI ?
How old is it?
The first thing I'll do when anything like that happens is to do a System restore, about a week or more old.
2. Update or install graphic card drivers again.
3. Remove the graphic card from the slot, clean the slot thoroughly as the contacts may be getting blocked and dust off the card as well.
Is your cabinet well ventilated? Make sure temperature inside the cabinet stays under control.
Try all the steps mentioned above and report back in here.If its a no-go then yeah, its time to replace.

1)ATI
2)I have 2 os installed. tried on both, same error so i think its hardware related.
3)I tried removing, cleaning and even changing the slot. same problem.
Temperature is normal all the time.

Time for a change bro,was that a high end card? And did you try any other input method.. like hdmi instead of dvi or vice versa

It was ATI 6950 radeon hd. :/
I'll take it it to the service center and have a talk with them.

This happened to me too. IT was not a card issue but a driver update and compatibility issue with newer OS. I had bought the card in 2007 for about 250$ and was supposed to work with XP then. Been having issues since I moved to Win 7 64Bit/32Bit. Finally figured to remove the native driver and use the windows driver. Worked great since.

Well just found the invoice after so much trouble. damn, i should stick to 1 email account from now onwards. :/
I'm glad the product comes with 2 years warranty and I've completed 1 year and 9 months. :godsgrace:
