I think this sells for $12 in the US. So the price seems okish.

i mean i get that aspect. i am just amused at how we have to pay for this because they cannot include a fucking headphone jack on the phone.

but yeah i guess this is pricey because it has some chip or something for high quality digital audio or something? i believe they are making these adapters more and more technical to improve sound quality.
