If you have just purchased the bsnl ftth, you'll need to wait till the first bill is generated so you have the a/c no. and customer id. Otherwise you can call BSNL's toll free number and get those. You'll need this to avail the offer.

Hey @abhi9822& were you able to get the subscription. I also got FTTH 4-5 days ago, when I go to BSNL website to signup for Prime, it says you are putting incorrect circle/state/phone no. @VivekA any idea?

My FTTH started 2 weeks back but I got email from BSNL support saying the commision of the services is from 5th of Oct, so I need to wait whole month? to get the Prime?

I have the 1277 plan and availed (renewed my existing) prime offer a month or two back.

I went to some bsnl site portal / portal2 don't remember exactly which had the Amazon prime membership ad. Clicked it and entered by bsnl ftth number and email id (which is used to login to Amazon). Got an otp to registered mobile. Entered otp and got prime membership for a year.

Biggest benefit of prime for me is the free subscription to Amazon music app.

I have the 1277 plan too. It's saying my phone is wrong or the circle is wrong. Probably coz my first bill hasn't come I guess?

Anyways, I was using my Dad's BSNL postpaid plan for Amazon prime and on 10th Oct, it expires. I use prime for free shipping and prime video on my TV, PS, and cell.

I have never used or intent to use prime music. May be when I am on a trip in the car, for that too I use wynk which I feel the UI is better and collections.

Edit: I haven't gone ahead as my earlier prime stops on 10th Oct I guess. Can I subscribe right now or shd I wait till it expires?

Yes. It took 2-3 weeks for my first bill to appear online.

Ok. I almost never watch Prime video because of Netflix. The quality of tv shows on N👌outstanding and a cut above Prime video imho.

Ofcourse netflix is better, I have the netflix US. I always prefer Netflix over prime, only prime in case stuff is nt avaialble in netflix.

Okay so 2 days ago I was getting OTP on my cell for Amazon prime, i didn't sign up then and didn't put the otp and waited till my subscription expired. now that it has expired, i tried now and it says :

You could try the customer care. Maybe they could help...
