I WAS PROMISED FROM MTS PEOPLE THAT I'LL GET UP TO 9.8 MBPS SPEED FOR DATA CARD( 8459937095 ). BUT FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY I WAS NOT GETTING ENOUGH SPEED SO CALLED TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY TOLD THEY'LL RESOLVE THIS CASE BUT PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED THEN I KEPT ON CALLING AND GAVE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS SPEED ISSUE BUT THEY DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM SO TOLD THEM TO STOP THIS SERVICE BUT THAT ALSO THEY DIDN'T DO AND KEPT ON GENERATING THE BILL THEY FORCED ME TO PAY THE AMOUNT. SO ITS MY REQUEST TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS DATA CARD SERVICE PROVIDER. IN ONE WORD THEY HARASSED ME A LOT FOR THIS THING. I HOPE SOME LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS MTS-MBLAZE DATA CARD SERVICE PROVIDER.

well. no one is going to take legal action against them on your behalf without you making the effort.
 
After discontinuing services of MBlaze, no bill was sent to me and now suddenly I am getting a legal notice from some advocate in New Delhi that there are outstanding payments. I browsed MTS website but I could not check if indeed there is any outstanding bill. I e-mailed them but got no reply last year.

I called CC and they said the number has been discontinued and they are unable to check my dues. (Duh!)

Anyone has any solution?
