I am BSNL subscriber over 10 years, I have BBG Combo 630 plan, which gives night unlimited from 02 am to 08 am, although I did not download that much luckily in month of august my bill came 4216/- My anger was justified against them, my bill never came above 900 per month.
So on - selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in ( BSNL WEB PORTAL ) I placed an voluntary connection closure request on 12 Sep. but then my dad told me not to get dsconnection, I paid my bill of 4216 online
then talked to customer care that to ignore my disconnection request. they told me just placing an online request doesn't get my landline/broadband disconnected I have to go to bsnl exchange and write application, also he gave me my area incharge no. who never picks his phone.
So on 12 sep I paid hefty sum of 4216/- and placed disconnection request online but wanted to continue using my services as I will get my plan changed to Combo ULD 1425/-
Now to my dismay these morons disconnected my phone on 16 Sep.
I went to exchange they told me I have to get reconnection. now I applied for reconnection and again I have to pay these suckers security sum of 500 for landline and reconnection fee of 1425 extra plus installation charge of 250 for broadband.
my god. these leachers are sucking my blood.
What to do? In BSNL exchange the illiterate, the unskilled employees they are good for nothing, these suckers just want to eat food with extra haldi and smoke bidis.
lazy pathetic good for nothing employees who just bring their lazy arse to office so they get paid fixed monthly income. they want nothing more from this world, they have limited their life.
Also I place reconnection request, they only reconnected my landline to " ONE INDIA PLAN " and I have no active broadband service.
tell me how should I get rebate on my 4216/- bill
get rebate on reconnection of my services
my earlier connection security fees ( which were refundable )
start my broadband services. ?
I have been to bsnl exchange 3 times in last 2 days.
