Feedback on DEN Broadband

I am start using Dn brodband from past 15 days after installation faced problem 2 times regarding connection issue, but after calling o customer care problem got resolved, I asked them why these problem occurred, they said some work going on that area. rather that i didn't face any problem, speed is good,customer service is good,response time is good, Airtel is big brand, but there resolution time regarding problem is not good enouph I think some time we have to considered new companies in the market because they are new so they will difinately going to give there best for survive and capture the market.
