I got banned!
Looks like I might have to disconnect my act connection. Im seeing abnormal usage on my account since last two months. Normally I use around 100~150GB per month but since last two months Im seeing around 350GB usage.
But the kicker is I was out of station this whole month and yesterday I came home, login into act and surprised to see my usage at 78Gb! The pc was switched off and wifi router was disconnected so theres absolutely no doubt that the problem is at their end! And their customer care refuses to accept the problem and say that their engineer will call within one day whereas it never happens! Even emailing to them doesn't do anything
Beam was awesome but ACT came and absolutely ruined it!
