facing problems with 24online http client using webel ISP

I have been using this connection from my local cablewallah for a couple of months now. I use http client to log in using Opera in windowsXP and FF in fc9.linux. While using XP, its starts all right. Proper log-in, proper ping, no problems with any websites but within 10-15 mins websites stop replying. All downloads stop. Torrents too. Interestingly, ping works fine with 0% loss. I just log-off and then try log-in again and everything runs smoothly again for 15 mins. The problem just keeps resurrecting.While using fedora, situation is more gloomy. FF seems to work on its own terms. Sometimes it works fine. Most of the time no matter what I do, I am not able to browse even a single website even after proper log-in. In this case too, the get full reply on pinging the local server.

C'mon guys. It seems no one is in d mood to post. I need help!!!I guess I have found a hint as to the root of the problemIt's a website called ads.vk987.infoIt's listed at Nortan, Google, Spybot, etc.. as to contain some trojans.It seems to me that, no matter what page I try to browse, this website is auto loading without my consent.I guess opera and FF were blocking this site giving me a feeling that all websites are being blocked.Google's chrome somehow showed this message that I am trying to log-on ads.vk. the only problem is its flashing the warning for every site.. even google itself.Does any body know how to tackle this bug.Ofcourse I have undergone the basic procedures... virus checks,etc.Haven't found d solution yet

right click on file and go to properties
under compatibility tab choose run this prog on 95 or 2002 or xp
