Look likes those undersea cables broken again.
I am also facing this problem. Really frustrated. Some pages never load.Download speeds are fine but surfing has taken a hit. Like OP said, I tried other DNSes too.Does anybody have an idea why?

the surfing speed is ok but for the past 24 hours the download speed it like worst ... my should be around 1.7 mbps

WTf is happening with the surfing speeds, no news anywhere. 😛issed-off:
i called 1504 and the poor lady is asking me to do the LAN cable steps .. and she was not able to even understand .. she gave me a tel no for their direct exchange where it deals with speed issue and no one picks it up.. i have even registered a complaint on 198 but yet not response..

the funny thing is i am able to open sites like usual but the torrents have stopped and when i try to download files the maximum speed i am getting for downloads is around 62 kbps.
