Hello! I am noticing high ping as high as 250ms to Singapore Servers.

I have checked it using the PUBG Ping Testing Websites and in-game of many games. I usually get 70-75ms in game. But today it's going as high as 250ms

Are you also noticing?

Thanks.

(Just to rule out any other case, pings are fine on Airtel for me)

If you could test and post your results (Excitel Only)

How do I get this fixed now 🙁

I was having frequent disconnection issue last night. They said they have fixed it.

But now ping is coming very high.

Ping is even going as high as 500ms if I ping to a singapore IP of Amazon.

But in game it's very high constantly with packet loss.

I used to get 60-75ms (constant)

I just used the cloudflare ping website which is there in second post. Yesterday even I had disconnection but it was fixed around 1am. Right now my speed is a little less about 30mbps instead of 50. But my ping is fine and no loss is there.
You will have a tough time explaining ping issues to the customer care. but I guess there is no other way than putting up a complaint ticket

Yeah. But, they don't understand the issue. Most probably, I think it's a LCO Equipment issue because pings were fine yesterday.

Check my other post if you can find any solution for me. I tagged you there.

Another friend of mine has said he's also facing issue with the Microsoft Azure Server with the ping. He's getting the same ping.

He uses Excitel (don't know the area)

Use a tool like tracert/traceroute or WinMTR to check the path of the network route, WinMTR is pretty good as it shows each hop's packet loss etc as well, useful in debugging where the issue lies (within your ISP or after the ISP has handover to another network peer)

i play rocket league and on certain singapore servers i get 250-300ms ping and on certain servers its normal 30-50ms ping. i complained once and they said that they cant fix it as its out of their reach. didnt bother with it since then.

edit - seems like ajgamer has blocked me for some reason.

No. I've not blocked you at all.

Are you talking about the official Rocket League servers in both the cases?

Because, I am talking about the official servers in my every case and they use single host/data-center for it.

I don't know the IP of the server Game uses.
