Excitel Broadband: What is the meaning of Lost Carrier, Lost Service, Admin Reset and User Request?

Hello, I am new with Excitel Broadband. But I'm failing to understand the meaning of Lost Carrier, Lost Service, Admin Reset and User Request mentioned as the termination cause in the my.excitel.com session history log.

File a complaint on My Excitel... It's their headache to find out the reason for continues disconnections.
 
@Sushubh I did that, I even asked them about the Nodal (so that they take that seriously) but they aren't doing much about it since it comes out to be more dependent upon the LCO. I haven't received any call from LCO related to this issue.
 
It's not going to get fixed immediately. You would have to keep pinging excitel regularly. If you are on Facebook or Twitter, start pinging them there as well mentioning your complaint number.

And, How good is Nodal?
 


OK it's been like 4-5 years idk if you have got the answer but those are all fancy terms for the following reasons
1) If you turn off and on the router or power outage ( Mostly this is the reason )
2) If your cabel was cut and you had no iternet
