Disconnected My ACT Fiber Today

My connection was down for last 8 days and this multiple fiber cuts are happening very frequently now, as much as 5 times in last 40days.
Worst part time taken to resolve it is increasing each time. Gone from 1 day to 3days and now 8 days.

Shit thing is ticket created via ACT app are not looked into unless you remind them via phone or social media.
Phone no of ACT Delhi remains busy most of time.
Their social media team is blind script follower so don't expect much.
 
How was the disconnection procedure? Was it smooth? Or did you get repeated calls for it?
 
teething troubles. reminds me of the time few years back when ACT(beam fiber) was new in the city. Cable TV and airtel fuckers were cutting fiber lines of act because it was stealing their customers away.
 
It's not isp fault if cable is cut, act has been giving very good service in my area they are best isp we have right now because of speed and fup( they do add fake usage though).
 
@pothi it was fastest ticket resolved. in just 2 min. She just asked once to keep the service. Actually net was down for 7-8days now so noway she could make me stay.

well i agree. I even have doubt that cable cutter is be cable walah, bugger removes all the banner or act or any other isp.
But i am more disappointed about the time it takes to resolve my problem. Plus they want me to call each time for not working complaint. Ticket opened on ACT app are not looked upon. last time it happened my ticket on app was not attended and i call next day and new ticket open which solved the problem. Plus in last two incident their lineman came after 3days of opening ticket. Before it was same day or next day max.

Also how will they gain customers? other than banners on pole which got removed by lco, never seen pamphlets or any other kind of promo done in society. Mine was the only connection on box.
Also even when working I started facing slow speed problems during last 2 months not frequent but minor here n there.

Act support is hopeless. Worst is their social media team.

otherwise never faced/felt fake usage problem.

Now i don't know how to get this box removed from my service lane.

its definitely ACTs fault. It has to ensure the protection of its property. They teamed up with local cable guys and had police intervene to finally stop the cable cuts from happening. But all these were 6~7 years ago when it was new and called beam fiber.
 


My final bill was generated with Rs.200 credit and acc to act rep it won't refunded just transferred to any other account.
So basically its like prepaid credit and all their billing practices would make it look like postpaid.
And no one would come to remove junction box, you gotta request them for removal like I did.
Lets see how this goes.

I am thinking to chargeback the amount once junction box is removed.
