I have been experiencing High Latency issues and have being try to diagnose what the problem is.
I have done quite bit of research and would like to foward it to some MTNL senior officier who can implement and fix it.
I require email ids of senior officers of MTNL (General) and MTNL (Delhi)
I bothered explaining it to mtnl call center and even local exchange guy and he had no clue about what I was saying. Most of the call center employees didn't even know what Latency/Ping means.
Please provide me email ids of senior officers as soon as possible so that the High Latency problem can be solved.
