confusion !!!

hey guys i have recently subscribed to mtnl xpress combo 600 unlimited plan..which has a download limit of 10gb for 2mbps and 512kbps afterwards..the plan was activated from 1st of august..and today according to mtnl usage i have reached my 10gb limit and now only getting 512 kbps..the confusion is in TOTAL usage it shows some 4.5 gb usage while in GRAND TOTAL its showing double of that ie 10gb usage ..whats the difference between the two.. i dont think i should have exhausted my 10gb usage limit so soon..mainly i watch youtube videos..not much downloading..so whats with this total and grand total thing ?thanks guys..
 
Check both download and upload usage. Probably grand total includes download and upload.
 
well the total usage including uploads and downloads amount to 4.5gb but just below that on next column grand total its double of that..this is on mtnl site i checked my usage..how can i upload a link to it..from here to show u guys..?
