CHENNAI BSNL broadband speed increased

Hi past few days i am seeing increase in speed , my plan -1025 Unlimited plan with FUP 4mbps upto 8GB and after 512 kbps.
Now even after 8 GB i am getting more than 3mbps
can anyone confirm.
 
Yes, i noticed that too in UP west circle. Getting around 3.5 Mbps post FUP.
Dont know if its a glitch or they increased post FUP speed.

Mine too increased from 512 to 2 Mbps after 1gb usage got this speed even after fup in JAIPUR
 
Me too got back on 512kbps are Bsnl officers reading our post and sorting out technical glitches hope these glitch remain forever.
