personally i don't use pppoe mode so no port forwarding for me but for those who want to know here is the method----

i figured the above link by carefully noticing that the configuration link in normal setting is like this----
http://192.168.1.1/advan_menu1.html
i removed 1 & voila i can access all advanced options which were not available before.this method can be used for other modems too.BSNL has hidden the advanced options by simply changing the exact html link like this example.

i followed the steps u mentioned.. here is my setup page.. see the 'edit' option .. should i change the 'source ip' there?
