Broadband in Bangalore with very good and consistent ping plus speed

I live in Bangalore near Indira Nagar 80ft road.

I need a broadband connection with high speed and excellent ping (with consistency) as I will be gaming a lot. I play CS mainly, and on Indian servers. Ping should not exceed 40-50 ms. Currently I am using (2 days remaining) YouBroadband and they have useless ping, frequent downtimes and fluctuating speeds. BSNL used to give me decent ping at around 50ms but they do not have a good unlimited plan. Preferably a plan without FUP or with high download limit.

Requirements:

[*]Gaming - so high ping needed with consistency
[*]VoIP - again speed and consistency required
[*]Torrents
[*]Streaming
[*]Good uptime and quick tech support
[*]High download limit, good if there is no FUP at all. Nothing like Airtel where FUP renders every unlimited plan into a limited one.

@x720: I called them. They called back and said they will be in my area after a month (that was 3 months ago) and then they called back and said they are in my area now. When I called back after some time they said they are not offering services there (it was 2 months ago) and even a few days ago they maintained that there's no ACT service in my area.
 
Try Hathway they are almost everywhere , their ping is around 40ms (my experience) but the their biggest plan is 70Gb for 3 months => 2Mbps
