The privacy nazis have already sabotaged aadhaar. Agreed that aadhaar database administration and security can be improved and exposes/ complaints be handled better, but the baby has already been thrown out with the bathwater. We want all systems to work well and efficiently target beneficiaries but as soon as they start doing that, someone will file a PIL to throw a spanner in the works.
