BBG 699 in Fiber net?

I'm in BBG Combo ULD 699 CS243 (20 Mbps 700 GB - only available in Chennai), i would like to go for Fibernet.. Is this same plan available in Fiber connection.. How can i request for that?

Yes, any plan above Rs 500 is applicable for FTTH as well.

Although, you could pay Rs 849 and get speeds upto 50 Mbps with 600 GB data.

Contact your local CSC center who may provide contact details for the local LCO. You may need to coordinate with both in order to get it done.
