Bad BSNL FTTH experience

Are you still using BSNL FTTH?
I am planning to opt to BSNL FTTH from BSNL BB & LL copper cable connection. Pls let me know the quality of service BSNL is providing. I am fed up of this internet connection. I live in the heart of the City i.e Corporation, near majestic. But still the service is pathetic and we don't have JIO service there.

I moved to TSBB. I would not recommend BSNL, go for BSNL if you don't have any other option.
