i am using railwire from last 3 weeks and i am getting very bad speeds.

i am from Rajasthan. My plan is 10mbps 60gb FUP but i get 10mbps speed only at night.
in daytime my speed is between 1mbps-3mbps.

I tried opening a ticket and asked my LCO to fix it but nothing the guys are just plain stupid.

are you guys getting the speed you were promised? anyone here using railwire in Rajasthan?

Here's my speedtest.net result for 10mbps plan: Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results

Its the same for me, i started a thread for the same back in august...
customer service guys will check in railwire server and say everything is fine and lco will say that they can't do anything since its peak hours and speeds won't be stable
But i stayed for the peering in torrents and now that seems to be off most of the time.

I get promised speed so far. Just that when the speed drops to 1 Mbps, I used to feel a bit higher latency. Currently I do not feel it though.

PS : Would be great to add a speedtest.net result just for future reference.

My speed test results shows good speed. But browsing or downloading seems laggy. Not having a pleasant experience 🙁

well then it might be your ISP fault. The station antenna have limited bandwidth and usually ISP decrease per connection speed to allow more user to connect to the same antenna.
If you download multiple things at the same time you will notice that you are able to fetch 10mbps speed but in single download you are most likely would not able to fetch full 10mbps speed. That's what i experience with wireless antenna provider.
Or might be you have used your 60gb data and this is post FUP speed?

Can you please ask your LCO about 1899rs plan? Please ask the speed of that plan. On official site they are showing 1mbps pre Fup and 2mbps Post Fup. That does not make sense.

@raman07 yes, i used to get full 10mbps with multiple downloads but from last 2 days i am getting constant 10mbps speed. i think they have fixed it.

Rs. 1899 plan has been introduced 2 days ago only. Its 20mbps for 200gb and 2mbps post FUP. I will switch to that plan in my next billing cycle.
