Hi,
I'm looking to apply for incable broadband.
I have a beetel ADSL 2+ router with me. Is anyone else using any ADSL based router to connect to Internet ? Can
you please tell me how many ports do you have on the router ... and if the WAN port is RJ45 port (like normal other ports) or RJ11 (slightly smaller port than other ports).
Also, what settings do they do in the modem for connecting to the internet ? I'm asking this as if we are able to do the same settings on the adsl router, it might work.Th
Thanks,

I got my in2cable connection installed just yesterday.
They gave me TP-Link TL-WR740N WiFi router for Rs.1800.
ADSL2+ router wont work with in2cable.
My router has 4 RJ45 ports to connect to CPU and 1 RJ45 port for the cable that comes into the house from terrace.
They configured my router by accessing the router page.

In the router page 192.168.1.1 click on Quick Setup. Next - WAN Connection type, click Auto-Detect or PPPoE.
Then enter your username and password given to you by in2cable. Click Next.
Then comes the wireless config page.
Enter a password to secure your wifi.
