Airtel V-Fiber Broadband New Internet Packages (January 2019)

Just a query regarding airtel new broadband connection.
I have provided the Id proof and made the advance rental online payment.

I have been told by this guy that airtel would do the connection tomorrow but this guy has been messaging me to send an SMS with my CAF no and a certain code to airtel no 9650096500 and he wants the otp I receive to be sent to him.

I am not too sure what this is all about. Is this some kind of feedback code or what.

If he wants the happy code, don't send him until you get the connection because he might try to delay your installation once he receives the code.

Hmm... He just called me to enquire if I got the otp. I asked him what is this code for, he said this is for confirmation for the connection. Not too sure why there should be a confirmation when I have already made the advance rental payment.

I was an earlier airtel broadband customer ,but the plans were too expensive now airtel has changed the plans to unlimited ,anyone using airtel v fiber in pune? Pls give your reviews about airtel vfiber in pune camp area
