Airtel Smart-bytes Discrepancy

Hi There!I purchased some extra 20 GBs using Airtel's upfront purchase 3 days ago. I have utilized just 7.5 GBs and even the unbilled usage details show the same, but my speed has been downgraded to 256 kbps and smartbytes portal says that there are '0' GBs left in my account. I called up their customer care but they have no idea and want me to write up a mail. I don't know where to look for smartbytes management.Kindly suggest if anything could be done in this regard.Thanks in advance.
