Airtel DTH Customer Care Number?

Any idea about Airtel DTH Customer care number. Their toll free number 18001028080 is perhaps closed. While their regional number 020-44448080 is also not taking any inputs for DTH on IVR.
Facing lots of issues with Set Top Box, but not sure how to get in touch with Airtel CC. Hopefully Twitter would help.

For me their customer care no works for HP from my registered mobile no.

I have sent email and Tweet as well. But problem is Phone method was working very well. Not sure why it has abruptly stopped.
I got email saying that my issue would be addressed in 2 hours, but its been 5 hours, but no call from Airtel.

What's the problem you are facing?

I am facing multiple problems which I think are all related to STB (being worked as STB Engineer myself for several years). Since my STB is 6 years old, I think its time to replace it. Not sure if it could be repaired.
Problems faced-
- Recording was not playing back, STB got hanged and needed reboot while playback of recording.
- Audio/Video of some channels getting lost. It recovered after channel change.
- STB not restart after Powering ON by removing Mains power supply. Takes 10-15 attempt and around 15-20 minutes till STB Powers ON and starts working.
- Video flickering randomly, recovers on its own.

Felt like writing defect report which I was doing during my job 🙂

They should have called you till now. I recently replaced my hd dvr which was not booting and for me it took 3days as apparently the local distributor didn't had a replacment dvr in stock and they didn't even bother to atleast give me a hd stb for that time period even after requesting him, but fortunately had a Tata Sky box so used that until dvr was changed.

Issue got resolved. I got call from CC regarding issue. Told them about STB.
Technician visited home and replaced faulty STB with another "refurbished" STB for Rs. 200.
Even Technician was not aware of CC Calls not going ahead when he tried from his phone. He said but call may work from Airtel number to special 5 digit number. But I dont have any Airtel mobile number 🙂

My airtel STB is also almost 4-5 yrs old now.

We dont use TV anymore. Hardly once a week or even less.

But now after reading this thread - I felt like my STB may die too. Hope not (touchwood)
