Well.. Aircel caps the speeds at 3.6 mbps while airtel caps at 7.2 mbps Bsnl is similar.. They haven't moved on.. 7.2 is far more ideal.. But I feel that Aircel is incapable of providing high speeds and managing their network..they haven't expanded their 3G coverage either!
