I subscribed for ACT Broadband on 13th January 2017, and the connection was set up on 17th January 2017. I am subscribed to ACT Platinum Plan which provides 100mbps speed with a FUP of 150GB Download + 150GB Upload (both considered separately unlike other ISPs.).
On lan, I get constant 99.XXmbps speed (60m away from the main router, connected by cat6 cable to 10gigs ethernet port). Over Wifi router (Using the router provided by ACT, D-Link DIR 825AC) I get ~90mbps on 5ghz and anywhere btw 40-80mbps on 2.5ghz band 10m away from the router in my room.
The setup was simple, and the networking guys knew what there were doing. People in the neighborhood already have a few ACT connections, so I didn't have to bear the cost of their 'box' (Rs. 20,000 adjusted in your billing cycle).
ACT's mobile app is great and works as it is supposed to. Their online portal is a bit of outdated since we have to log in to view the FUP details, the UI/UX is also terrible (I mostly use the mobile app to see the details).
So far I have received 100% uptime, and the speeds are also great. Would definitely recommend ACT to people in my area (Greater Kailash).
