So..Mr. Agnivo u r just 20 years old and as u said in ur prev. posts that u assemble computers and u have a fair amount of costumers..isnt it...and at just 20 u have ur own webiste (although it looks too shabby)...but still u are still too young for this......Are u still studying??After all this dont tell me that the MOD is just 18..huh

Who offers a job at 19???I m really surprised ..I have trying hard for a job since my holidays started and nobody is offering me one...DamnI guess all u guys are doing some non-tech courses (B.Sc,B.Com etc)

well it was a .com. in 2000 not many decent web guys were around. and none of them actually looked at the real world qualifications.

Hmm.. Abdul, it's not at all credible for not trusting someone at the first hit.😱I've just passed ISC and hoping to join BCA soon.I still stand by what I had said about myself. Let's divulge more about what u do not know... 😀 I'm living with PCs for the last 9 years. Yes, man, the last 9 years! Since the days of 386s and 486s. The first PC I had was a 386 costing Rs.66,000 in those days. My father was a computer trainee then. I started learning all by myself...took no help from my dad. Everything related to PC interested me. In a couple of years people started admiring me for my sound knowlegde at such an age. [ in those days, children were not computer literate as of now ].Then started programming, mainly VB. Started to assemble PCs and offer suggestions, tech support and maintainance to whom we knew. Became famous at school, friends circle and other spheres day by day.Recently developed "FiRe-Ripper" [still in its infancy] and set up the website. Didn't get much time for the website, so its a bit "shabby" !It's not self praise, but I must say I'm having more practical knowledge, experience and vision than most older techies and geeks that I encounter every passing day...:lol:Now it's upon u all whether u honour me or kick this account aside as damn nonsense ! Need more, guys ? 😛

It seems I am the old man around here. Im 34-35. Though I have been living with PCs since 1991 or so. That was when trainng centres had those PCs without harddrives and my PC was a 286 with VGA card and extra RAM etc. I remember paying over 50K for it. Except for a P II, I have used every series of comps. Still I dont know ABC of PCs. I started learning late and so could never pick it up as my core competence is finance ( I run an NBFC ) and also stock markets as I am an investor with decent amount of interest in the mkts.I wonder how many members are there of this board and also whats the youngest, oldest and also the average age here.Should be interesting to find out - what say Mr Moderator ?????????????

why do u keep asking for permissions abt stupid things? and is someone indicating that it is not possible for a guy to be in a company at 19 just becoz he is not a graduate? weird. people are self made millionaires at age of 20... getting a job is not that difficult.

U think u r the only person whose been living with the PC since childhood days...Let me tell u that my dad got me a PC when i just cleared my 4th grade..(1995)..That was the 486 which we got for Dhs.3,500 and i had been addicted to the system since then. At time i was into Qbasic quite popular at those times and i had really mastered it. But after that windows 95 was released which made everything simpler..My old DOS gui had vanished...

But I really lost track of what was happening around after we migrated to India when i was in the 8th grade.I didnt get the right kind of community to really enhance my computer skills. Computer wasnt the talk among my school friends those days....and more over i had to stick with that ol' 486 till i passed out of 10th to get a new PIII which i still use.

You might be a coputer wizard coz its the kind of atmosphere u get around u (and i m sure ur dad might have helped u at times)..but every body isnt a born genius..we learn as time passses by...

Hmm...My age has been rounded off !!! ( VAT etc. included ) :lol:My birthday is : 15-sept-1986. OK ? 😀Good to meet a like minded guy, abdul...

Whats VAT (vlaue added tax)..LOLMy D.O.B 7-7-1985...I am elder to u

I am older than most of you at 28 years old. I have been using computers only since '99. So I am a novice in this regard.

I think by just telling I am self styled guru of computers and big timer does not helpI have seen people posting problems hereand some of the gurus telling that it is a home consumer forum so stay away from more techie issues 😛 let the actions talk more then wordsand people will recognise you automatically..I hope these comments will not generate more heat 😛Peace !!

We don't need any member to generate more heat. The sun is enough for doing that in this blazing summer !As for the less techier issues...one should think more about public interest. If I start a thread about hi-fi Cisco routers and problem of BTS controller of a network operator, not only replies will be few, but also few people would be helped. I'm not saying that such discussions are "faaltu", but the thread should not be continued for extraordinally high duration and about hi-hi thingy... I hope u understand it.And I know b0bee that you meant this for me... No prob...But u should have noticed that someone had confusion about my details...so I had to describe about myself. :angry:So in ur style :"Flaming karne se kuch nahi hota...Agar dum hai to agle baar se side by side problem ka solution dete jaana" Huh...
