Latency causing slow Browsing

have you people noticed slow browsing from today morning ?..i found its due to latency (not sure enough,i am getting 960 ms avg. for yahoo, 1200 avg for hotmail ),try to find out and post it ..it seems the link has been shifted to Satellite ..or some routing issue..cant say about bsnl..no one there to tell about it ..lets hope will be sort out soon..

well...i have called the customer care (1600-424-1600) and got a Trouble ticket ( From BSNL...!!!)..i was really surprised to know that thay have started allocating TT for the repors. Nice job..they have confirmed there was smoe problem ....i have confirmed this problem has been solved at 11.45 pm yesterday itself..now i amgetting latency about 423 ms avg for yahoo..
