Problems in favorite channels

Hi Guys, I have got some problem in my fav. channel list Tata Sky for the past 1 week. In my fav. channel list form 900 - 919, I have stored the following channels: StarSports, Espn, Tensports, Zee Sports, NeoSports, Neo +, Star Gold, Max, Zee Cinema, Zee Action, Zee Premiere, Zee Classic, Star Movies, HBO, Zee Cafe, Discovery, NGC, Animal Planet & Travel & Living. The problem what i am facing for the past one week is that once Tatasky has removed the 13 channels last week the problem started as in my fav. channel list there were channels: Zee sports, Neo Sports, Neo +, Zee Premiere, Zee Action, Zee Classic was not there in the list as they have removed the channles. The problem what i am facing is that when i delete all the fav. channel list and to reset it only 13 - 14 channels could be added as the deleted channel space in the fav. channel list is not accepting it. Does any one face the similar problem. Kindly reply to this.Hello forum members i am waiting for your reply regarding the fav. channel plz let me know

guys in this forum no one has responded to my query of the problems in favorite channels. could any one check out the problemIt seems that no one is really interested to anwer to my problem i.e., problems in favorite channel. The thing is Tata Sky STB software has a lot of bugs. The most prominent being that you can't see the volume control bar when there is a red button at the top left of the screen ( Active Feature ). Your problem is just one of the many shortcomings.

Thanks maahkaal. Yesterday night when i spoke to the customer support executive they have rectified the problem of favorite channels. The customer support executive asked me to do the simple procedure while i was in conversation. They have asked to do the following steps which is quite interesting which are as follows:
Switch the TV on with Tatasky
Then remove the electric adaptor of tatasky from the switch board while tatasky is running in the tv
Wait for 3 - 5 secs
Then put the electric adaptor bacnk on to switch board.
In the screen now it will appear please wait its initiazing.
When that message comes in tv screen please press the four all at one time i.e., guide, channel + & - and one more button i forgot which is next to guide.
Then in the TV screen it will show the settings.
Then again remove the takasky adoptor from the switch board for 3 - 5 secs while its running and plug it back.
Now the master reset is done and my problem is solved.
