need help with new connection

hi guys am from bombay/ andheri west.....i need to know which are the best isp's i would get..............i tried airtel and tata and they dont provide their service in andheri west / versova.......am currently using pacenet and it sucks big time :wall:..........their servers get down every alternate night......their customer service is never present ( they switch of their land lines).......so there is no where we can contact them.......am in a big mess cause they have tied up with hathway and i cant take hathway also.......guys please help am really fed up of this dirty stinking ameture pacenet service......Thanks
