i have decided to fax the chairman directly about the injustice done to the unlimited plan users i will fax the following text hope you guys like it i think this will definitely work because previously also i faxed the chairman when i could not get my connection after waiting 2months i faxed the chairman and got my connection that day so think this will work definitely here goes my text

Dear Sir,
We hereby request you to look in to the huge injustice that is being meted out to the BSNL 900 UL and 900 UL+ broadband users. We have been shocked at the recent developements whereby all other plans have enjoyed a speed upgrade except for us...
Why this grose neglect of the 900 UL users?
We fail to understand the logic behind this recent move of BSNL for the following reasons:
a) Other plans still enjoy the night unlimited facility from 2am - 8am and that too at speeds of 2 Mbps and unlimited download.
b) We are paying the extra amount for unlimited download.
c) All plans have been upgraded except for us.
We would be grateful if you could kindly look in to this matter.
BSNL has always provided quality broadnband service and we are really disappointed at this recent action.
We would also request you to please if not to to 2MBPS then a speed upgrade be made atleast to 1MBPS or a speed upgrade to 512 kbps and Night Unlimited from 2am - 8am at 1or 2MBPS speed like all the others.

SO YOU NEED TO TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS:[ANY ONE OF THEM]
GIVE US PURE 512kbps UNLIMITED with 128kbps UPLOAD SPEED
GIVE US SPEEDS UPTO 2mbps DURING NIGHT 2AM-8AM
GIVE US 384kbps UNLIMITED AND UPGRADE THE HOME 1000 AND HOME 1800 PLANS TO A MINIMUM OF 512kbps AND 768kbps RESPECTIVELY
GIVE US 1mbps UNLIMITED
I AM SIMPLY FED UP OF THIS STUPID 256kbps SPEED ON MY UNLIMITE PLAN.

@ bsnl ..man ur thread titles are remarkable..they got me twice earlier..i rushed in again this time to see how u managed to "fax the chairman" himself ..was wondering if could collect him on my fax no..😛on a sober note i have an intuition that 512 K U/L for 900 bucks is not too far away..

Ask for 2M unltd,you might get 512k..

then why dont u shift to home 500 or other plan,u will get 2mbps and freenight 2 to 8 simple.,

Also file a P.I.L. against BSNL on ground of false and biased publicity bcos if u watch carefully at the ads on every tv channel u will see that " BSNL has upgradaed all the existing broadband to 2 Mbps"

then why dont u shift to home 500 or other plan,u will get 2mbps and freenight 2 to 8 simple., the truth is home 500 users have to keep an eye on usage,even if i had to download a file about 30 mb, i cannot do it in day time, evenwe have to keep our surfing less in day so it could last a month, and as u know that every bit and bite is counted, even while i am writing this my 2.5 gb limit is ended just by surfing for avg 1 hr a day, (and 8 hrs of no electricity other mad problem) where as u could surf for whole day and night, and u dont have electricityproblems too,i would be happy if such plan comes, even i will go for it , but today i am happy with it, i just remember those days when vsnl 30 hr pack cost 500 to 600 rs, and 56k modem which would take 15 min to download 3 mb,( do u think it was right) so present condition is far more better.i think people must understand, life is not so simple as it seems.

an interesting question, maybe they have but then it gets to higher mgmt, who then check to see how much busines the govt. itself gives them so if they say anything, then the business goes somewhere else.is there any truth to this theory ?

may be they are out of home in day time and dont use net that much plus 70% night time its anyway unlimited on BSNL

i believe reporters are not heavy downloaders.. if they do nothing more than browsing and sending e-mails, then we cant expect them to understand our trauma..
